  • Client Responsibilities

  • Payments
    Fees and schedules are as per your agreement. Payments are non-refundable and late payments may pause services. Extra work may incur additional charges.
  • Ownership
    Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. We retain rights to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
  • Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information, unless it’s public, known, or independently developed.
  • Termination
    Either party can terminate with written notice. Payments for completed work remain due upon termination. On termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.
  • Liability
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client.
  • Disclaimer
    We do not guarantee specific results (like traffic or rankings), but We commit to providing services professionally and to the best of our ability.
  • Updates
    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
